In Paris, during the tour, Oticon Medical proudly showcased the bone anchored hearing system Ponto and the cochlear implant system Neuro.
The Neuro system from Oticon Medical is a product of a successful Danish/French collaboration, as the CI system has been built on knowledge originating from the French manufacturer of cochlear implants, Neurelec. As the company was acquired by Oticon Medical the knowledge was combined with century-long Danish experience in Hearing Health Care from the Demant group and that resulted in the Oticon Medical state-of-the-art cochlear implant system Neuro.
