We strive to maintain all items in stock and ship most orders the same day or the next business day. We ship 5 days per week.

Shipping Policy

Online sales are only available for billing and shipping addresses in the US ONLY. Please note Oticon Medical cannot ship to a PO Box.

Most orders will arrive in 2 working days if product is in stock. We do not have scheduled deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

Return and Exchange Policy

Oticon Medical Processors & Accessories can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the shipment date at no charge. To receive a credit, less shipping, handling and insurance charges, please call 1-888-277-8014 to request a Return for Credit form. The form must be filled out and returned along with the product.
