Step 3 — Send your faulty sound processor
How to send your faulty sound processor
Package your faulty sound processor using the Oticon Medical packaging received with the loan or replacement sound processor.
Make sure that you send the faulty sound processor WITHOUT any accessories (antenna, magnet, cable, ear mould). Put the printed request form in the box with the sound processor.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NEURO 2 USERS:
If you have a Neuro 2, you
MUST KEEP
the rechargeable batteries of your faulty sound processor. This will avoid these batteries to be blocked during transportation due to Lithium-related international regulations. Your replacement of Neuro 2 will be delivered with a Zinc Air battery cartridge.
Check
your local contact address
for returning the faulty sound processor.
