A. Agreement between user and Oticon Medical
1. “Oticon Medical” means:
For Bone Anchored Hearing Systems: Oticon Medical AB, a limited liability company, registered in Askim under registration No. 556741-3132 and having its registered address at Datavägen 37B, 436 32 Askim, Sweden, or any corporation or other entity controlled by Oticon Medical AB or affiliated to Oticon Medical AB.
For Cochlear Implants: Neurelec SAS, a limited liability company, registered with Antibes trade register under number 487 829 574 RCS ANTIBES and having registered address at 2720 Chemin Saint-Bernard, 06224 Vallauris Cedex, France, or any corporation or other entity controlled by Neurelec SAS or affiliated to Neurelec S.A.S.
2. Oticon Medical offers you access to this Website only if you agree to all of the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms of Use. By using this Website, you are agreeing to all of those terms, conditions and notices.
3. As used in these Terms of Use, the term "this Website" includes our home page located at www.oticonmedical.com and all other web pages that (1) we own, (2) we control, either directly or indirectly, and (3) are linked, either directly or indirectly, to this home page. The term “this Website” also includes all Website products and services, for example bulletin boards and chat rooms. “Content” includes any and all text, graphics, or other multimedia material within the body of any web page that is part of this Website.

You are solely responsible for any information you post in any forum made available in, on or through this Website. This Website shall be used for lawful purposes only.
